What this website collects

This website is a static marketing page. It has no account system, no login, no comment form and no newsletter signup. We do not set advertising cookies and we do not use cross-site tracking.

Our hosting provider processes standard server request data (IP address, user agent, requested URL, timestamp) in order to deliver the page and protect it from abuse. This is the technical minimum required to serve a website.

The typefaces used on this page are served from this site itself. The page makes no request to Google Fonts or to any other third-party font, script or asset host.

Your AI provider API keys

Melia uses a bring-your-own-key model. Your AI provider API keys are entered in the desktop application on your own computer. They are used to send generation requests from your machine directly to the provider you chose.

This website never asks for, receives or stores an API key.
We do not operate a proxy that your generation requests pass through.
We do not sell or resell AI credits, and we never see your provider usage.
Your relationship with each AI provider — its pricing, its data handling, what it does with your prompts — is governed by that provider's own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases

Payment is handled by Gumroad. When you buy a licence, that provider collects the data it needs to take the payment and to meet its tax obligations, and it acts under its own privacy policy. We receive the information needed to issue and support your licence — typically your email address, the order reference and the country used for tax purposes. We do not receive or store your full card details.

Support email

If you write to support@melialab.com we process your message and email address to answer you, and keep the correspondence as long as needed for support and record-keeping.

Analytics

Where analytics is enabled on this site it is Cloudflare Web Analytics: cookieless, aggregate-only, no cross-site tracking and no profile of you as an individual. No other analytics or advertising product is used, and we do not sell or share visitor data.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the personal data we hold about you, to object to processing, and to complain to a data protection authority. Write to support@melialab.com and we will respond within the period required by the applicable law of [JURISDICTION].

Changes

When this policy changes, the updated version is published on this page and the date at the top is changed. Material changes affecting existing customers are also announced by email to the address used for the purchase.
